Submitting an application or inquiry through Capital Corner does not obligate any lender to provide financing, nor does it constitute an offer or commitment to lend. Approval amounts, rates, and terms vary by lender and applicant qualifications.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all applications, forms, and communications with Capital Corner. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate termination of your application or account
• Reporting to appropriate legal authorities
• Civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law
• Disqualification from future Capital Corner services

While Capital Corner strives to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content, rates, or product descriptions, as these are subject to change without notice.

Capital Corner may receive compensation in the form of fees, commissions, or referral payments from lenders when a funding transaction is completed. This does not affect the terms offered to you by the lender.

All content on the Capital Corner website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, tools, calculators, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of Capital Corner LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any Capital Corner content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Capital Corner LLC. Personal, non-commercial use for informational purposes is permitted, provided all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.

In no event shall Capital Corner's total liability to you exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you to Capital Corner in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Capital Corner LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of any representations or warranties
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any fraud or willful misconduct by you

Capital Corner offers a referral and partner program for qualified professionals, including financial advisors, CPAs, business consultants, attorneys, insurance professionals, and real estate agents. Participation in the Partner Program is subject to a separate Partner Agreement, which governs commission structures, deal submission processes, and code of conduct.

Partners are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Capital Corner LLC. Partners are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdictions. Capital Corner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program at any time with reasonable notice.

Commission payments are contingent upon successful funding transactions and are subject to chargeback provisions as outlined in the applicable Partner Agreement.

By submitting any form, application, or inquiry on our website, or by providing your contact information, you expressly consent to Capital Corner LLC contacting you via telephone (including mobile), text message (SMS), email, and other electronic means for purposes related to your inquiry, application, or our services.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email, or by contacting us directly. Please note that transactional and service-related communications may still be sent as necessary.

Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. Capital Corner is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.

Capital Corner LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Capital Corner's services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit with respect to any dispute with Capital Corner LLC.
